Article Snippet: Subsequently, cells were blocked in 5% BSA (Thermo Fisher Scientific) in TBST (0.05% Tween-20) for 0.5 h. Cells were incubated with TUNEL apoptosis detection solution (Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology) for 1 h.
